But the recruitment process is not as easy as it looks like. The recruiter has to go through so much, and it consumes a lot of time, energy and money.

The recruiters require a few tools for a better hiring process, and these tools can help the organizations reach heights. A few of those tools are mentioned below, and can be taken into use for a better hiring process:
Social Media: The millennials are the best ones to hire, as they are the most enthusiastic lot of people. They are the ones that follow social media a lot, and this platform is the best to attract them.

The best thing is that it gives out accurate results, mentioning the capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses of the candidate, making it easier for the recruiter in terms of hiring.
 Video Screening: Before calling the candidates for a one-on-one interview, it is better to have a video screening of them. This would save up a lot of time for the recruiters to take the interviews, and help them hire the better talent in a faster way.
